How do I cancel my subscription?

tolktalkCX offers flexible payment options (you decide whether you want to pay monthly or yearly). Cancel your subscription at any time if you decide you don’t want to continue.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Login to your tolktalkCX account;
2. From the dashboard click Account in the menu on the left-hand side;
3. From here you can manage and update your account information including your subscriptions;
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
