How do I add additional agents?

To add additional agents you must:

1. Login to your tolktalkCX Dashboard;
2. Click Settings on the bottom of the left hand menu;
3. Navigate to the Agents tab by clicking the Agents button;
4. From here you can add/remove agents as well as change their information;
