How do I configure case settings?

To configure case settings you must:

1. Login to your tolktalkCX Dashboard;
2. Click Settings on the bottom of the left-hand menu;
3. Navigate to the Case Settings tab by clicking the case settings button ;
4. From here you can adjust default case rules as well as change email notification options.
