How do I track case resolutions?
An overview of your case resolutions can be viewed from the home page of your tolktalkCX dashboard. To get a more detailed review you can track case resolutions and view additional insights by creating a report:
- Login to your tolktalkCX Dashboard;
- Click Reports in the left-hand menu;
- Set the type of report and date range;
- Click Generate to view and download the full report.
