How do I track case resolutions?

An overview of your case resolutions can be viewed from the home page of your tolktalkCX dashboard. To get a more detailed review you can track case resolutions and view additional insights by creating a report: 

  1. Login to your tolktalkCX Dashboard;
  2. Click Reports in the left-hand menu;
  3. Set the type of report and date range;
  4. Click Generate to view and download the full report.
