Can I change the default department?

Yes, you CAN change the default department on tolktalkCX. The default department is created immediately after you sign up for an account. You can also set any other department as the default department.

To change the default department, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Log in to your tolktalkCX Dashboard as  Super Admin;
2. Click Settings > Departments;
3. Select the department you would like to set as default;
4. Click MAKE DEFAULT under the selected department; The selected department will be set to default instantaneously.
