Can I assign the case I am currently working on to someone else?

To re-assign a case simply:

  1. Login to your tolktalkCX account;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
  3. Find the case you’d like to re-assign and click the Agent who it is already assigned to open a drop-down of applicable agents;
  4. Select the agent and your case will be assigned to them;
  5. You can also do this in the detailed view of the case, to access the detailed view of the case click details on the right-hand side.
