How can I reopen a previously closed case?
To re-open a previously closed case:
- Login to your tolktalkCX account;
- From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
- Click the filter button beside status and select closed;
- This will automatically show you all closed cases;
- Click the status of the case to change it;
- Alternatively, you can do this through the detailed view of the case as well, to access the detailed view of the case click details on the right-hand side.
