How can I reopen a previously closed case?

To re-open a previously closed case:

  1. Login to your tolktalkCX account;
  2. From the dashboard click Cases in the menu on the left-hand side;
  3. Click the filter button beside status and select closed;
  4. This will automatically show you all closed cases;
  5. Click the status of the case to change it;
  6. Alternatively, you can do this through the detailed view of the case as well, to access the detailed view of the case click details on the right-hand side.
