How can I update my agent information?

To update your agent information you must be logged in as an admin then:

1. Login to your tolktalkCX account;
2. From the dashboard click Settings in the menu on the left-hand side;
3. Go to Agents;
4. Then click Edit;
5. From here you can customize and update agent information.
