How do I manage my company’s Twitter Channel?

To manage your twitter channel you must:

1. Login to your tolktalkCX account;
2. From the dashboard click Social Feeds in the menu on the left-hand side;
3. Connect and login to your twitter account if you haven’t done so already by clicking Add Social Feed;
4. Once you have connected your Twitter account, you can manage it by selecting the tab created for it.
