How can I know if a Contact has Opted Out of my SMS messages?
Your contact(s) can opt-out or unsubscribe for your SMS messages using standard English-language reply messages such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL. These keywords trigger automatic standard replies and will be added to the unsubscribe list. The tolktalkCX solution automatically handles OPT-OUTs for you. This means, you when a contact Opts out, messages to that contact will no longer be sent.
To view a list of all your OPT-OUTs, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Reports page;
- Select Marketing Campaign as the report type;
- Then, select the campaign you sent to Generate a report of the SMS campaign; and
- Finally click Recipient Activities CSV to download a detailed report of your SMS campaign, from here you can view all of your contact(s) that have Opted Out under the Status column.
