How do I know if my text blasts were sent to my contacts?

You can generate reports on your Marketing Campaigns to review the results of your text blasts. If you haven’t yet created a text blast, click here to learn how to send an SMS text blast

1. To generate your Marketing Campaign reports, navigate to the Reports page on your tolktalkCX account;
   
2. Select Marketing Campaign as your report type, then select the campaign name you created before sending out your SMS text blast; and
   
3. Finally, click Generate to view the statistics on the number of SMS’s requested and sent for your text blast. You can also review the message and when the sms was sent;
   
   If you would like more details on the SMS text blast, you can click Recipient Activities CSV, to download a detailed list of this SMS text blast identifying all contacts that we have sent your SMS text blast to.
