How do I upgrade my SMS limit?

1. Once you’ve reached your SMS limit as per your subscribed tolktalkCX account package, you can always top up your account with additional SMs in order to send additional messages to you contacts;
   
2. To top up your SMSs, simply navigate to the Marketplace page from your tolktalkCX account;
   
3. Then under the Apps tab, select the SMS Integration feature by clicking on Add to Plan;
   
4. From here you can determine how many SMSs you want to add to your plan. Each SMS package adds 500 additional SMS’s to your plan. For example: adding 2 SMS packages will provide you with 1000 additional SMSs to your account;
   
5. From here, you can simply checkout and confirm payment to instantly top up your account with the additional SMSs.
