What’s the difference between a Local & Toll-Free number?

1. A Local number is great if you’re looking to use SMS to communicate with your customers 1-on-1. You can send up to 1 SMS per second with a Local number.
   
2. A Toll-Free number is perfect if you plan on sending marketing / promotional SMS as a business, in addition to communicating with your customers 1-on-1. You can send up to 3 SMS per second with a Toll-Free number.
   
   Toll-Free numbers are also less likely to be marked as SPAM when sending large volumes of SMS.
